Terms & Conditions

Scope of Work

Our proposals define deliverables, materials, finishes, and services. Changes or additions require written approval and may affect pricing and timelines.

Estimates & Orders

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed once we receive signed approval and any required deposit.

Payments

• Deposits are due at order confirmation.
• Progress payments follow the schedule in your proposal.
• Outstanding balances are due prior to shipment or installation.

Lead Times & Scheduling

Production and delivery timelines depend on approved drawings, material availability, and site readiness. Delays in approvals or site access may extend schedules.

Shipping & Risk

We crate and ship with insured carriers. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed. Inspect crates on arrival and note any damage with the carrier.

Installation & Site Conditions

Site must be level, plumb, dry, and ready for installation. Electrical, plumbing, and ventilation connections are by others unless specified.

Warranty

Cabinetry, hardware, and finishes are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the period stated in your contract.

Intellectual Property

Designs, drawings, renderings, and specifications remain our intellectual property. You receive a license to use them for your project upon full payment.

Changes & Cancellations

Approved orders may not be canceled. Changes are subject to feasibility, additional cost, and revised timelines.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy unless otherwise agreed in writing. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Florence.
